Heat Swimwear packs and ships orders Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
Returns & Replacements
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return items within 15 days of the purchase date in a new and unused condition. We will refund the price you purchased your item at back to your original payment method. We do not refund shipping costs, and we do not pay shipping costs for merchandise that is being returned. Please do not remove the original wrapping for hygiene reasons. If items are not returned in the noted manner we may not be able to accept the return. Make sure everything is packed properly and cannot get damaged on the way back to us, as all returns are the customer’s responsibility until received by our warehouse. Once we've received your return, your refund will be issued within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) and you will receive an email confirmation.
Please note that all purchases of sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanced, and are final sale.

Every payment method is initially authorized, not charged, when an order is placed on heatswimwear.com. This authorization ensures the funds for your order are available. Your payment method will be charged once your order has left our warehouse. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax.
*Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, not including shipping and handling fees
